I ve removed from my jaw rigt 7, but i left 8 and you know? Maybe its not ideal substitution, because still this tooth work better than empty places and even have connetcion with upper tooth. On the left side i've removed my 8, few yeras later i had to remove my 7, and i have to make implant in this place :/ So in some cases it much better to remove other tooth, and and use wisdom as backup.

Thank you for sharing your wisdom (pun intended :)) and knowledge with the people. My son, 24 yrs young, has partial impacted lower third molars, but also totally retained upper and lower fourth molars on the right side, and totally retained lower fourth molar on the left side. No upper left fourth molar. The upper third molars, left side and right side are fully in with no issues. FYI: The Oral Surgeon wants to remove seven teeth... lower 3rd & 4th molars =four teeth; and upper right 4th molar, along with the upper 3rd molars...just because the lower 3rd molars will no longer be there. This equals seven teeth in total. I strongly disagree. So I'm having a second opinion, and possibly take my son out of the USA to a foreign country for a third opinion, before we make a choice. I'm into Holistic and Biological Dentistry. Side note: The Orthodontist, the Dentist, and the Oral Surgeon all said: They've never seen that much room in a person's mouth. That my son has enough room in his mouth to support both 3rd/4th molars. So Why removal? All because it is North America's way of doing things, and human don't use them anyway, they say. Go figure?!

i took them out at age 42 as a precaution for future periodontitis. Two out of four were very easy to remve due to some mobility But the other two were not harder than standard I believe.I m quite happy after 6 months i have much room to clean the rest teeth. I am starting to feel the bone If i saved my molers with this opperation than it s very well done. Because the molers are the most important teeth and the wisdom the most useless

I remember the old Halogen Curing Lights with the internal Fan that was inside. Such as the Optilux 401. They were great at the time, and I actually liked the sound of the Fan's motor. They were GOOD! However, now we're moving away from the corded Halogen Lights, and we're now moving to the LED Grade Curing Lights! I remember in the Dental Chair, when I had braces, when the curing light was put on the area, I could feel the buzzing caused from the cooling fan, and I always found that cool. However, times are changing, and we'll most likely be seeing fewer lights with the Halogen Bulbs. Now, instead of the pistol grip light with the Halogen bulb, and the cord that went to the control unit, we'll be seeing the LED units that can be taken from area to area very easily.

From birth I’ve always had yellow teeth in school people used to laugh at me because my teeth were dark now aged 42 I still have all 32 of my teeth including all 4 wisdom teeth. Ok I’ve had 2 implants put in but I still have all 32 teeth and despite my teeth being yellow from birth they seem to have survived pretty well. My advice go to dentists regularly especially if any pain cracks or bad taste/breath appear and keep your teeth and mouth clean
